	General Questions: What is Red Faction? What is Freespace? Freespace FPS Questions: Is "Freespace FPS" the official title? Is this a Freespace 2 expansion? Is this Freespace 3? Is any focus being placed on multiplayer? Will any Freespace fighters be usable by the player? Will any capital ships be usable by the player? When will Freespace FPS be finished? When will a Beta version be ready? What is Red Faction? Red Faction is a first person shooter game developed by Volition featuring realtime geometry modification (Geo-Mod). Check Red Faction Watch for details. What is Freespace? Freespace is a space combat simulation game developed by Volition. Freespace 2 is often thought of as one of the best games that the space simulation genre has ever seen. Check Freespace Watch for details. Is "Freespace FPS" the official title? No. "Freespace FPS" is a working title and will most likely be replaced later in development. Is this a Freespace 2 expansion? No. The storyline used in Freespace FPS predates the Freespace 2 campaign by 38 years and Freespace 1 by six years. Is this Freespace 3? No. Is any focus being placed on multiplayer? Not much consideration is going towards multiplayer at this time. This will change as the single player elements near completion. Will any Freespace fighters be usable by the player? Even though support for vehicles is native to Red Faction, there are no plans to put the player behind a fighter or bomber. There may be an option to use a specialized vehicle for operations in atmospheric environments. Will any capital ships be usable by the player? No. When will Freespace FPS be finished? We aren't sure. When will a Beta version be ready? Again, we aren't sure. In order to avoid an unmanagable deluge of feedback we may opt for a closed beta.
